Sessions can be booked for 30-60 mins to focus on building fitness, strength and conditioning. They can be added to existing lessons or be done stand alone.
Goal Orientated
Functional training is linked to overall goals that each players highlights within their overall aims for improvement. These can be discussed before the start of any lessons.
Specialist Kit
All sessions utilise specific kit for training such as medicine balls, mats, and resistance bands. They mimic movements in specific sports to build a better athlete
Build your body and support your game
What is functional training? Put simply, its a type of training that aims to mimic the movements or key physical requirement of your chosen sport. In tennis, it concentrates on building strength, mobility, speed and stamina to be able to play the game to a higher level. It can be done as a stand alone lesson or to support technical or squad training.
